monday morning

Jody and I went to noon mass at St. Michaels yesterday and asked Doug to be our cantor. He sent a songbook home with me, so that we could pick the song we want for after the vows. He says that is the most important song. I flipped through the book after shutting down my computor (we had a thunderstorm here in Tigard, the thunder and lightning were so close that I wouldn't be surprised if something near here were hit.) and found one that I particularly like, #562 in the missal: God, who created hearts to love. It is sung to a familiar tune.
