We had a feast for Dinner!!!

Thanks to the wonderful woman who runs the Asian market near where we live, we aquired a parrot fish for dinner. These are the animals that are pictured above. Very colorful!! :-) It had kind of a sea breaze flavor, but it was mild. Both Emilia and I thought it was good, but not our absolute favorite. What is interesting about these animals, is that they have big teeth. They eat plant life, and they also eat coral. When they poop out the remains, it is in the form of sand, which washes up on tropical beaches. There are many beaches that have a high percentage of recycled coral for as far as the eye can see. If you have been to such areas, you too have walked upon beds of parrot fish poo. Other than our bountiful feast, we are still looking for work, so if any of y'all have any leads...a best friend who is hiring wouldn't be bad either.
