New times, New schools

I (Jody)am making use of a very old blog to talk of a new wedding, a wedding of myself to a new career, that of Librarian. I am joining the 21st century and going to school online at the University of southern Mississippi. Yes, my entire program is taught via computer, until I do an internship somewhere. A class I am really enjoying is Internet resources and Aplications, and I am dusting off some skills I barely had regarding the net as I prepare for work in an arena that is becomming more and more computer priented. It is exciting and it is scary, but I recomend this process for anyone who is self-driven and creative. Online classes are very different from the "brick and mortor classroom."
