Our Cat

If you have not met our big cat, here he is. "Big Boo-Poos." Don't tell my wife I wrote that. ;-) Okay, he is Spare Augustus Kitty, named by my wife, and there is a huge story behind that, which she can tell you if you want to here it. He is dominated by our little cat, who is eight ponds (Spare is 16 pounds). Right now he is fast asleap behind me. I am now throwing a sock at him (Evil laughter ensues)He is still asleap. The other day, while he was asleap, I was making his lip rise like Elvis Presley, multiple times, and he was still asleap. I wish I slept that good. He is starting to wake up now. Hmm nope, just thought he was. I am getting over a cold, so I have nothing to contribute today. For those of y'all celebrating thanksgiving in the USA--happy T-Day. Here is a video for fun. Enjoy.

Video Clips From the Wedding!!!! :-)

Here are some video clips from Glen, taken on his handy cell phone. We have heard rumor that there is another set of film clips floating about on another person's phone. If you have a clip of our wedding, please send it. We would love to post what you recorded. :-)

Wedding Pics from Glen

Glen, one of the lovely greeters has gotten us some wedding pics. Yippeeeeeeee!!! These are from the actual wedding, and were taken without flash photography. Go cell phones!!! The first pic is during the signing of the Marriage certificate. Beside me is my best man, Katee, and beside Emilia is her matron of honor, Sherri. I had just signed the certificate at this point.

In this next pic my best man is signing the certificate in witness of my signature and of the ceremony:

In this pic the Catholic Priest, Father Mayo, is praying over us and the entire congregation a final blessing and sending us forth:

In this pic, we have finnished the ceremony, and left the church, and people are exiting the chuch and talking to us in the reception line. How fun is that. Emilia and Jody are now husband and wife. :-)

Glen also gave us a short film clip of the wedding that he took on his phone, so we will figure out how to post that in a couple of days. Come back, and you can watch us, as we kiss for the first time as husband and wife. Yes, we did end up kissing before the wedding, but it was a long time after we were engaged before we kissed, so we can count ourselves lucky and strange in the eyes of America. Yipppeeeee!!!

It Has Been a While

Hello. It has been a while since we have posted, so we thought a little update was in order. We moved from Tigard on the 11th of October to a place in Vancouver, WA. All went well with the move, and the kitties even like it too. The first day of the movewas a little challenging for the famliy, but after that we were fine.

We are still looking for work. My next interview is at Clark College on Wednesday the 15th of November. Please pray for that those of you Christians reading this. We are still waiting for people to send us wedding photos, so those of y'all out there who still have some to share, we'd love to see them. For now, check out this pic taken on Memorial day. This was before Em and I were married. We went on a hike in the Columbia Gorge. We were going to use this pic on our wedding invites, but changed our minds. Oh well. Here is the pic now.
